nThe 7th annual Chief Procurement Officers Summit & Awards 2024 is a yearly event that aims to bring together CPOs and key players from reputable organizations to help proactively embrace transformations that will mitigate risks and help position companies for long-term success in the ever-evolving APAC market. It attracts around 150 participants, from Chief Procurement Officers, Group Head of Procurement, and Planning Directors to VP/Head/Directors of Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Contract. The participants in the event come from various industries, including the medical and healthcare industries.
The conference included case studies, roundtable discussions, networking opportunities, and panel discussions on topics such as supplier security assessments, Generative AI, and procurement transformations. It was held in Malaysia, an international hub in APAC. As an international speaker, I shared my expertise in global best practices in the mastering framework agreements in supply chain
Supply Chain Visibility Conference

The Supply Chain Visibility Conference 2024 was an exclusive virtual event consisting of top-level content and thought leadership discussions exploring Supply Chain Visibility & Digital Revolution. The event brings together industry leaders, government officials, and representatives from the supply chain industry. The collective goal is to establish a more responsive, agile, and cost-efficient supply chain by linking demand planning to supply planning and inventory management processes. The participants in the event were representatives of large pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and global players in the medical and healthcare industry.
As part of the conference, I had the opportunity to delve into in-depth discussions on supply chain visibility, digital strategy, and AI. I also had the privilege of presenting a digital initiative that I led and implemented in my current organization-a procurement analytics and visualization dashboard.
Global Pharma Supply Chain & Logistics Conference
China, 2024
The Global Pharmaceutical Supply Chain & Logistics Conference 2024, with the theme of “Data drives the coordinated development of pharma supply chain & logistics industry”, was held on 28-29 March 2024 in Shanghai. The conference had participants from pharmaceutical industries, commercial enterprises, retail companies, logistics enterprises, cold-chain logistics, smart supply chains, and other related sectors globally. It attracted around 50 participants from the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) / Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement / to Government Affairs & Market Access.
The conference covered in-depth discussions around digitalization to drive pharmaceutical supply chain transformation, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability in Health Industries. Since the conference was in Shanghai, China, I recorded my presentation and shared it with the event organizers so that I could present it at the conference. My presentation focused on the opportunities for ESG and supply chain efficiency in the health industry/medical supply chain and what actions organizations can take.
