Global Medical Supply Projects

One of the most defining achievements of my career has been leading the execution of over 200 global medical supply projects in partnership with renowned organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). As a Senior Purchasing Manager at International SOS, I’ve overseen end-to-end procurement operations for critical medical supplies—including devices, consumables, pharmaceuticals, and vaccines—delivered to some of the world’s most challenging and high-risk regions. These projects demanded not only technical precision and strategic sourcing but also resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to quality and compliance. I implemented ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems to ensure sustainability and regulatory adherence across all operations. Working under pressure and navigating complex global logistics, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to impactful humanitarian and emergency response efforts—an experience that continues to shape my purpose and passion for driving meaningful change through supply chain innovation.

Diverse Procurement Portfolio Management

Successfully managed and led diverse procurement portfolios valued at up to USD 20 million through cross-industry benchmarking of procurement practices.

Environmental (EMS) and ERP System Implementation

Through effective project management, teamwork, and leadership, I successfully implemented an Environmental Management System (ISO 14001-EMS)and the SAGEX3 ERP system at International SOS Supply.

Cost Savings Up to 18%

One of the key accomplishments in my career has been achieving cost savings of up to 18% across various high-value procurement portfolios. This was made possible through a combination of strategic sourcing, supplier diversification, value engineering, and rigorous contract negotiations. I actively pursued alternative manufacturer approvals and leveraged technology transfer to reduce material costs without compromising on quality or compliance. These savings were not just numbers—they reflected meaningful improvements in procurement efficiency, vendor performance, and overall operational resilience. By applying a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach and consistently benchmarking market practices, I was able to drive sustainable, long-term value for the organizations I worked with, while also strengthening supplier relationships and optimizing sourcing strategies across multiple industries.
